2) About SpotiDost

SpotiDost is an online, free tool that processes user‑submitted Spotify URLs (tracks, playlists, albums) to return results. We do not offer paid subscriptions, paid accounts, or in‑app purchases; advertising helps keep the service free.

• No accounts: We do not provide user registration or login.
• No uploads of media files: You submit only the URL; no media is uploaded to us.
• No Spotify API usage: We do not use Spotify’s official APIs.

3) Eligibility & Permitted Use

• The Service is provided for lawful, personal use only. Do not use it for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Do not submit personal data in free‑text fields.
• The Service is not directed to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the Service, please contact admin@spotidost.com.

4) Prohibited Activities

• Scraping, automated access, or bots targeting spotidost.com.
• Circumventing rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the operation of the Service.
• Infringing intellectual‑property rights or violating third‑party terms.
• Using the Service to collect, process, or disclose personal data without authority.
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Fair use: We may throttle or block abusive traffic to maintain Service stability.

5) Intellectual Property

The Service, its code, design, and content (excluding third‑party trademarks and materials) are owned by SpotiDost and protected by applicable laws. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6) Third‑Party Services & Links

The Service integrates or interacts with third‑party services such as Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare (including Turnstile). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party websites or services.

7) No Spotify Affiliation

Not affiliated with Spotify: SpotiDost is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Spotify AB. All Spotify names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

No use of Spotify APIs: The Service does not use Spotify’s official APIs or request Spotify account permissions.

8) Availability & Modifications

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post changes with an updated date above.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotiDost and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is typically ₹0 / $0, as the Service is free).

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpotiDost from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12) Copyright Complaints (Notice & Takedown)

If you believe content accessible via the Service infringes your rights, please email admin@spotidost.com with sufficient detail to identify the material and prove your ownership or authority. We will review good‑faith notices and take appropriate action.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including where we suspect abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

14) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
