Scope of this policy
This Take Down Policy covers requests that are not limited to DMCA, including copyright, trademark, privacy, safety, malware, impersonation, illegal content, exposed personal data, automated abuse, or harmful-link reports. For formal U.S. copyright notices, also use the DMCA Policy.
What SpotiDost can remove
SpotiDost normally does not host songs, videos, or third-party works. When a request is valid, we may remove or block SpotiDost results, submitted links, cached metadata, internal routes, download views, accounts, sessions, or abusive usage patterns. We cannot remove content from external platforms; you must contact the external service that hosts the original content.
How to send a take down request
Send your request to spotidost@gmail.com with the subject line "Take Down Request - SpotiDost". Include clear information so we can identify and review the issue.
- The exact SpotiDost URL or affected external link.
- The claim type: copyright, trademark, privacy, security, abuse, or another legal reason.
- Your name, organization if applicable, email address, and relationship to the claim.
- Reasonable evidence showing ownership, authorization, security risk, or legal basis.
- The requested action and any real urgency.
Review process
We review good-faith requests, prioritize security risks and clear legal claims, and may ask for more information. Where appropriate, we may temporarily restrict a result while reviewing. We may also reject incomplete, vague, abusive, or censorship-focused requests.
Restoration and disputes
If a user or link owner believes a removal was a mistake, they may send evidence or a counter-notice. SpotiDost may restore access when evidence is sufficient, when the claim is invalid, or when applicable law allows restoration.
Security emergencies
For malware, phishing, exposed personal data, security threats, or active abuse, include "URGENT" in the subject line. Do not include secrets, passwords, tokens, API keys, or full sensitive data in email; describe the issue and provide only the information needed to locate it.
