Overview
SpotiDost respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how rightsholders may submit copyright notices and how users may submit counter-notices if they believe a removal was a mistake. SpotiDost processes public user-submitted links and transient result pages; it cannot remove content directly from Spotify, YouTube, or other third-party services.

Send DMCA notices and copyright questions to: spotidost@gmail.com. Use the subject line "DMCA Notice - SpotiDost" and include all required details.
What to include in a DMCA notice
To help us review a copyright notice, include the following information in your message:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact SpotiDost URL, submitted link, result, cache entry, or material that should be reviewed.
- Your name, organization if applicable, email address, and contact information.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
If you believe a link, result, or material was removed or restricted by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to spotidost@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter Notice - SpotiDost".
- Identify the removed or restricted material and where it appeared.
- Include your name, email address, and contact information.
- Include a good-faith statement that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Include a statement consenting to appropriate jurisdiction where required by applicable law.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
Actions we may take
After reviewing a reasonable notice, SpotiDost may remove or block links, result pages, cached metadata, accounts, internal routes, or associated access. We may also request more information, reject incomplete notices, or restore material when we receive a valid counter-notice or sufficient evidence.
Repeat infringers and abuse
SpotiDost may suspend or block accounts, sessions, IP addresses, or usage patterns associated with repeat infringement, false notices, automated abuse, scraping, security bypassing, or bad-faith claims.
