Summary
SpotiDost does not ask for Spotify passwords. We process submitted links to show results and use third-party providers for security, analytics, performance, and ads. Downloads require Google sign-in so the service can protect downloads, track usage, and prevent abuse.
Data processed
When you paste a URL, it is processed temporarily to detect the link type and prepare the result page. Technical data such as IP address, user agent, time, approximate country, and security signals may also be processed.
Account, usage, and donation data
When you sign in with Google or use Ko-fi, we may process your Google account ID, email address, profile name or profile image if provided by Google, session records, Ko-fi payer email, historical payment status, transaction reference, download counts, Bulk ZIP track counts, and basic download or security logs. We use this data to verify sessions, track usage, prevent abuse, provide support, and keep necessary records. Downloads are free for signed-in users, but usage is still recorded to protect the service.
Business transfers and account deletion
If SpotiDost, its domain, website, or substantially all related assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, bankruptcy, or sale, account information, including email addresses, may be transferred to the buyer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy, appropriate safeguards, and applicable law. We do not sell the email list as a standalone marketing list.
- Account deletion removes the active profile and email address from the active users database.
- We may retain limited information only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or maintaining a suppression record, and only for as long as permitted by law.
- Deletion does not erase records held independently by payment providers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Analytics, ads, and security
We may use third-party providers for security, measurement, user experience, and advertising. Each provider handles data under its own policies.
Third-Party Advertising and Cookies
We partner with Google AdSense and its advertising partners to serve programmatic advertisements when you visit our website. These third-party vendors may use tracking technologies, device identifiers, and cookies to collect anonymous behavioral data, such as your IP address, approximate geolocation data, and browsing history, to serve personalized ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage your advertising preferences or opt out of personalized tracking at any time through Google ad controls or by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out portal: NAI opt-out.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile as an invisible verification check to protect forms and APIs from bots and abuse. Cloudflare may process technical signals such as IP address, user agent, TLS fingerprint, sitekey, and associated origin for bot detection. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Your choices
You can clear cookies in your browser, block third-party cookies, use Google ad controls, or contact spotidost@gmail.com. If you have an account, donation data, or support history, you can ask us to review or delete data where legally available, although some security, abuse-prevention, historical payment, or support records may need to be retained.
